Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students on academic programs, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and parents.
Manage enquiries and maintain accurate records using the institute's admission process.
Follow up with prospective applicants and support the admission lifecycle.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.
Represent the institute professionally during counselling sessions, educational events, and outreach activities.
Contribute to enrolment goals while maintaining high standards of student service.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, academic counselling, business development, customer relationship management, education support, or a similar client-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal,



organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the education or training sector.
Knowledge of student counselling and admission processes.
Ability to manage multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment.
