Develop and implement Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown Maintenance plans.
Ensure maximum machine uptime and availability across all production departments.
Monitor and reduce machine downtime through effective maintenance planning.
Prepare Annual, Monthly, Weekly, and Daily Maintenance schedules.
Lead shutdown planning and maintenance execution.
Equipment & Machinery Management
Maintain and oversee maintenance of:
Forging Presses
Power Presses
Hammers
Induction Heating Systems
Heat Treatment Furnaces
Trimming Presses
CNC Machines
VMC Machines
Hydraulic Presses
Air Compressors
DG Sets
Cooling Towers
Cranes, Hoists, and Material Handling Equipment
Utility Systems
Team Management
Lead and supervise maintenance engineers, technicians, electricians, fitters, and contractors.
Allocate manpower effectively.
Conduct daily maintenance review meetings.
Develop technical skills through coaching and training.
Reliability Improvement
Analyze repetitive breakdowns and implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Implement condition monitoring and predictive maintenance practices.
Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance
Ensure timely servicing of motors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, PLCs, sensors, VFDs, and control panels.
Oversee calibration and alignment of machinery.
Ensure proper lubrication and maintenance records.
Spare Parts & Inventory Management
Maintain optimum inventory of critical spare parts.
Plan procurement of maintenance consumables.
Monitor maintenance costs and control expenditure.
Coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely procurement.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with all statutory safety requirements.
Implement Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures.
Ensure machine guards, emergency stops, and safety interlocks are functiona
