Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Telecaller who can generate business opportunities by calling prospective customers, explaining our IT and Cloud services, scheduling product demos, and following up with leads until closure.

Key Responsibilities
Make 80-120 outbound calls daily.
Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
Promote Tally on Cloud, Busy on Cloud, Marg on Cloud, VPS, Dedicated Servers, Website Development, Digital Marketing, and other IT services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel.
Follow up with interested prospects regularly.




Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Coordinate with the technical team for customer queries.
Build long-term relationships with clients.

Required Skills:
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confidence in cold calling.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections professionally.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in Telecalling, IT Sales, Cloud Sales, Software Sales, or B2B Sales is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
