We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to drive business growth in the Civil Construction Materials industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Build and lead sales teams across Madhya Pradesh & Gujarat.
Generate current business and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and channel partners.
Expand market presence and achieve regional sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil Construction Materials Sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to build and manage regional sales teams.
Solid architect/builder network will be preferred.
Experience in Precast/Prefab products will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
