Job description:
Develop recruitment plans: Create a strategy for finding the right person for a position. This includes writing job descriptions and building a recruitment network.
Work with hiring managers: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and future hiring requirements.
Provide onboarding support: Assist recent hires with the onboarding process
Knows how to do kitchen hiring (Commis)
