Role Overview

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks while delivering exceptional patient service.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients in English and Spanish.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
Assist patients with treatment-related queries and clinic information.
Verify dental insurance eligibility and perks.
Process insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and claim follow-ups.
Coordinate with insurance providers regarding claims and reimbursements.
Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the practice management system.
Ensure a smooth and qualified patient experience.
Perform general front desk and administrative duties as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory.:




Minimum 2 years of experience in a Dental Front Desk, Dental Administration, Medical Reception, Healthcare Administration, or a similar client-facing role.
Experience handling US dental or medical insurance verification and claims is highly preferred.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable working in US shift timings.
Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare/dental practice management software is an advantage.
