Job Summary

The Assistant HR Manager supports the HR Manager in managing day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration. The role ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies while contributing to a productive and positive work setting.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist in manpower planning and recruitment activities.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate the selection process.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.

HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave, and shift schedules.
Coordinate employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, and resignations.
Handle employee exit formalities and full & final settlement.

Payroll & Compensation
Verify attendance and payroll inputs.
Coordinate monthly salary processing with the payroll team.




Manage overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.
Ensure timely statutory deductions and salary-related compliance.

Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, CLRA, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain statutory registers, notices, and employee records.
Support internal and external compliance audits.

Employee Relations
Address employee concerns and grievances professionally.
Promote a positive workplace culture.
Support disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy.
Assist in employee engagement and welfare initiatives.

Performance Management & Training
Coordinate performance appraisal activities.
Identify training needs and organize learning programs.
Maintain training records and monitor employee development.

HR Administration
Prepare HR reports and MIS.
