Develop 3D models, layouts, and visual renderings for civil and infrastructure projects.
Prepare conceptual and detailed designs in compliance with IS codes and project specifications.
Collaborate with architects, project managers, and site engineers to translate design concepts into practical execution.
Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and basic cost estimations.
Conduct material quantity take-offs and support procurement teams with design-linked data.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance in all design documentation.
Provide technical input during tender preparation, client presentations, and project reviews.

Qualifications




Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders with robust 3D design skills may also apply).
Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, and related 3D design software.
Basic knowledge of estimation, BoQ preparation, and rate analysis.
Robust visualization, documentation, and communication skills.
