As a General Manager - Medical Coding, you will be responsible for the management of hospital and Professional coding operations including ICD and CPT code assignment, case abstracting, charge capture, pre-bill quality reviews and other billing edit work queues.

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and robust technical and problem solving skills are essential aspects of this role.
Oversees the daily operations of the coding team including workload and staffing; hiring, disciplining, and performance appraisals; training; and monitoring quality of work.
Accountable for active daily management of Discharged Not Billed (DNB) work queues to assure targets are consistently met.
