Generate leads through field visits, references, local campaigns & door-to-door activities.
Promote rooftop solar systems under the PM Surya Ghar Scheme.
Meet residential customers and explain solar benefits, subsidies & financing options.
Conduct site visits, collect customer documents and coordinate with internal teams.
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
Eligibility
At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in Field Sales, Insurance, Telecom, Banking, FMCG, Consumer Durables or Solar Sales.
Positive communication skills and willingness to travel within the assigned district.
Bengali is mandatory; Hindi & English will be an added advantage.
