Responsibilities:
Guest Rooms & Public Areas: Fix leaking faucets, unclog drains, repair broken furniture, replace light bulbs, and program TVs.
System Repairs: Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC (heating and cooling) systems, electrical switches, and plumbing lines.
Preventive Checks: Inspect machinery, tools, and building fixtures regularly to stop breakdowns before they happen.
Safety & Logs: Follow safety rules like Lockout/Tagout, keep clean work areas, and write down completed work tasks.
