About the Role

Portea is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telesales Executives to connect with prospective customers, understand their healthcare needs, and promote suitable Portea services through outbound calls while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate healthcare services.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system.
Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.





Eligibility CriteriaMandatory Requirements
Mandatory: Proficiency in English and Hindi; any South Indian language is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sales aptitude with a customer-centric approach.
Basic computer knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or BPO is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Shift & Work Schedule
Shift Duration: 8 hours
Weekly Off: Rotational (no fixed weekly off)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
