SAP Basis Support Job Description
Provide daily SAP Basis support for SAP HANA and NetWeaver systems across all settings.
Monitor SAP HANA database performance, backups, and system health to ensure high availability.
Execute system copies, client refreshes, and transport management in HANA and NetWeaver landscapes.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to quickly resolve production incidents.
Perform system monitoring using tools like SAP Solution Manager and HANA Studio.
Document support activities, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Provide on-call support for critical SAP HANA and NetWeaver system issues.
Administer and maintain SAP NetWeaver components, including instance configuration, profile parameter tuning, and system startup/shutdown activities.
