Shipment Processing: Receive, scan, and sort incoming and outgoing parcels accurately.Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and verify delivery receipts, waybills, customs documents, and cargo logs.Dispatch & Routing: Assist in planning productive delivery routes and communicate directly with couriers to avoid delays.Customer Support: Answer queries regarding package locations, resolve shipping discrepancies, and process claims for damaged or missing items.Inventory Control: Monitor hub stock, secure high-value or confidential items, and ensure proper packaging protocols are met.Safety Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse, hub, and delivery vehicles comply with all safety regulations and routine maintenance standards.
