Job Opening: Data Analyst

Location: Khatiwala Tank, Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Work From Office)

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, organize, and analyze customer and business data from multiple sources.
Analyze customer behavior, buying patterns, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Develop customer segmentation for targeted marketing and retargeting campaigns.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for management.
Generate actionable insights to improve sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
Monitor data quality, identify inconsistencies, and ensure data accuracy across all systems.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams to support data-driven business decisions.
Work with CRM software, spreadsheets, e-commerce platforms, and other business tools to consolidate and manage data efficiently.
Prepare periodic reports and present key findings with transparent recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics,



Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, dashboards).
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools is an added advantage.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
Positive understanding of customer segmentation, sales funnels, and retargeting strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to learn current software and adapt to changing business requirements.

Working Hours
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM:
Working hours may be revised after the initial training period based on mutual agreement and business requirements.
