Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day production operations in the glass processing unit.
Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining product quality and efficiency.
Coordinate with planning, quality control, and maintenance teams to streamline operations.
Implement and monitor SOPs, 5S, and lean manufacturing practices.
Maintain accurate production records and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Supervise and train production staff and workers.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements in processes or machinery.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or glass processing industries.




Solid knowledge of production planning, machine operation, and manpower handling.
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
Familiar with quality control tools and lean manufacturing techniques.
Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.

Pay: ₹38,309.14 - ₹40,777.22 per month
