Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end execution of ELV and construction projects.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams.
Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget.
Supervise site activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Prepare BOQs, project documentation, progress reports, and completion reports.
Identify project risks and resolve technical and operational challenges.
Lead project review meetings and provide regular updates to management.
Mentor and guide project teams to achieve project objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in ELV, MEP, or Construction Project Management.
Solid knowledge of:
CCTV Systems
Fire Alarm Systems
Access Control Systems
Structured Cabling & Networking
Audio-Visual (AV) Systems
Building Management Systems (BMS)
Experience in BOQ preparation, budgeting,



vendor management, and client coordination.
Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD and project management software will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
