What you will do:
Develop thermal management system (TMS) and secure QDCF in all product development phases for both ICE and e-mob machines. Develop TMS components to fulfill product requirements. Develop advanced TMS technology and continuously optimize performance, safety, efficiency, and lifespan of the machine they're a part of.
The developments are made in projects with close cooperation with both other departments, suppliers and own production, which means a lot of contacts within the company as well as outside including international contacts.
Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
Participate in development projects reaching targets on both time and cost
TMS development to meet customer requirements including reliability & durability and cost target




Develop technical specification of TMS components
TMS layout & installation design
Work with purchasing for recent component development
Management of product quality and reliability improvement projects
Support our testing activities in the evaluation of design solutions
Develop technical solution for PM issue
