Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic BDM (Sales) to join our team. The BDM will be responsible for explaining our various photography packages to potential clients, making calls to qualified leads, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role is crucial in driving our business growth by converting leads into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their photography needs and preferences.
Package Explanation:
Clearly explain the details of our photography packages, including maternity, newborn, kids, event, and wedding photography.
Lead Management: Make calls to qualified leads to introduce our services, answer queries, and schedule studio visits or consultations.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential clients to convert leads into bookings.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience and encourage repeat business.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the photography and marketing teams to ensure cohesive client communication and service delivery.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
