Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Performance Max.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to maximize qualified leads.
Create compelling ad copy that complies with Google Ads healthcare and medical advertising policies.
Optimize landing pages and collaborate with the marketing team to improve conversion rates.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bidding strategies, Quality Score, and ROI.
Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Ads.
Perform A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with surgeons, marketing, and content teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes, healthcare advertising regulations, and industry best practices.
Ensure all advertising complies with local healthcare regulations, patient privacy laws, and clinic branding guidelines.

Required Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Robust knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
Experience with conversion tracking and lead generation.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cosmetic surgery, aesthetics, dermatology, or healthcare marketing.
Google Ads Certification.
Experience with CRM integrations and lead management systems.
