Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
Appoint new distributors, dealers, and retailers in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Increase product availability and visibility in the market.
Conduct regular market visits to generate recent business opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors and customers.
Execute trade schemes, promotional activities, and branding initiatives.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Submit daily sales reports, expense reports, and market feedback to the reporting manager.
Maintain stock availability and coordinate with the supply chain team for timely deliveries.
Identify prospects for business expansion and market penetration.
