Experience
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding and client acquisition for software development companies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into software development projects.
Prepare customized, compelling proposals based on client requirements.
Communicate professionally with international clients and handle initial discussions.
Follow up with prospects and manage the bidding pipeline.
Coordinate with our technical team to understand requirements and prepare suitable proposals.
Maintain records of proposals, leads, responses, meetings, and projects won.
Continuously improve bidding strategies based on response and conversion rates.

Solid negotiation, follow-up, and client relationship skills.
