Student Welfare & Discipline: Enforce the code of conduct, handle behavioral issues, and ensure a ragging-free, inclusive, and respectful community setting. [1, 2]
Hostel Administration: Manage room allotments, maintain occupancy registers, track attendance, and process entry/exit permissions or gate passes. [1, 2]
Health & Safety: Ensure the premises are secure, maintain visitor logs, and respond promptly to medical, fire, or disciplinary emergencies. [1]
Facilities Management: Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and infrastructure. Supervise housekeeping, security personnel, and mess staff to ensure quality food and timely services. [1]
Parent & Admin Liaison: Serve as the primary point of communication between parents, university administration, and the students
