Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
Plan, schedule, and manage posts using social media tools
Create engaging content ideas in line with current beauty and makeup trends
Work closely with the makeup artist for shoot planning and content direction
Monitor and grow social media engagement and followers
Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (performance marketing) to drive growth and conversions
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies for captions, blogs, and videos
Track analytics and performance metrics for all platforms
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using Excel (including growth, reach, engagement, and ad spend analysis)
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and beauty industry movements
Collaborate with designers/videographers if needed for creative assets

Key Requirements:




Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest algorithms
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data reports, performance tracking, calendar planning)
Knowledge of performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO for social media and website/blog content
Robust creative writing and communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and plan content in advance
Experience in beauty, makeup, or fashion industry is a big plus

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools
Understanding of influencer collaborations and UGC content management
Basic video editing skills for Reels and YouTube Shorts
