Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 1 YEAR of experience in Sales, Customer Support, Telecalling, or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Punjabi is an added advantage).
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to handle multiple customer conversations professionally.
Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first approach.
Preferred Skills
Experience in e-commerce or retail customer support.
Robust problem-solving and negotiation skills.
