Job Description:
Role Objective:
The Boiler Attendant is responsible for the secure and effective operation of IBR-certified steam boilers to ensure an uninterrupted steam supply for plant operations. The role includes boiler operation, monitoring critical parameters, fuel and combustion management, water treatment, preventive maintenance support, safety compliance, and maintaining statutory records as per regulatory requirements.
KRA:
Boiler Operation & Steam Supply Management
Operate and monitor 300 kg/hr and 1000 kg/hr IBR boilers safely.
Ensure continuous steam availability for production requirements.
Perform boiler start-up, shutdown, and load adjustment activities.
Monitor steam pressure, temperature, and boiler operating conditions.
Ensure smooth boiler operation without production interruption.
