Key Responsibilities:
Visit jewellers, hallmarking centres, refineries, laboratories and jewellery manufacturers.
Generate current customer leads and conduct regular sales follow-ups.
Conduct XRF machine demonstrations at customer locations.
Independently install XRF machines.
Install software, connect the machine and complete basic configuration.
Train customers and operators on machine usage and software operation.
Attend customer service complaints and provide basic troubleshooting support.
Conduct preventive maintenance and routine machine checks.
Coordinate with the senior technical team for complex technical issues.
Maintain daily reports of customer visits, sales leads, demonstrations, installations and service activities.
Develop and manage the assigned geographical area.




Build and maintain qualified relationships with customers.

XRF machine operation
Machine installation

Sales process and customer follow-up

Language Requirements:
Surat: Gujarati, Hindi and basic English
Mumbai: Hindi and basic English; Marathi preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
