End-to-end IT recruitment.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage offer follow-ups and recruitment trackers.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
