What You'll Do:
Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Manage the front desk and ensure a seamless visitor experience.
Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently.:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain visitor records and support administrative tasks.
We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust organisational and multitasking abilities.
A customer-first mindset with a positive attitude.
Previous experience in front desk, receptionist, hospitality, or customer service roles is preferred.
