Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet output targets.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Monitor production schedules and optimize manpower, machines, and resources.
Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Minimize downtime by ensuring timely maintenance and quick resolution of production issues.
Lead, train, and motivate production staff to maintain a high-performance work setting.
Maintain inventory control and ensure efficient material utilization.
Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per customer requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma.
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Robust knowledge of production planning, quality systems, inventory management, and lean manufacturing principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
