Prepare course plans, lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment strategies.
Adopt creative teaching methodologies, including:
Case-based learning
Simulations
Experiential learning
Project-based learning
Blended and technology-enabled learning
Maintain high standards of classroom engagement and academic discipline.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, presentations, projects, and examinations.
Maintain attendance, academic records, and course documentation as per institutional requirements.
Research & Publications




Conduct high-quality research in Management and allied disciplines.
Publish research papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals indexed in UGC CARE, Scopus, ABDC, Web of Science, or equivalent.
Present research papers at national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops.
Undertake funded research projects, consultancy assignments, and team-oriented research initiatives.
Publish books, book chapters, patents, case studies, and teaching notes.
Student Mentoring & Guidance
Mentor students for academic excellence and career development.
Guide MBA dissertations, research projects, and internships.
Supervise student research, innovation, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
Assist students in placements, corporate readiness, and qualified certifications.
Encourage participation in competitions, conferences, and qualified forums.
