With a robust presence across India, we are expanding our manufacturing capabilities and looking for skilled specialists to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate slitting machine for processing metal coils (GI, Galvalume, HR, etc.) as per production requirements
Ensure accurate slitting as per specified width, thickness, and tolerance levels
Monitor machine performance and maintain consistent output quality
Handle coil loading, alignment, and proper feeding into the machine
Identify and minimize material wastage during slitting operations
Perform routine machine checks and basic preventive maintenance
Maintain production records and report daily output
Ensure adherence to safety norms and proper handling of materials
Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in operating slitting machines (preferably in metal/steel industry)
Basic understanding of coil handling, thickness control, and slitting tolerances
Knowledge of different materials like GI, Galvalume, Pre-GI, HR will be preferred
Ability to handle machines independently and troubleshoot minor issues
Basic education (ITI/Diploma/Graduate preferred)
Willingness to work in shifts
