Willingness to work the night shift (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST).
A positive attitude, learning mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate U.S.based freight movements between shippers and carriers
Negotiate rates and ensure cost-effective transportation
Track shipments and provide real-time updates
Handle client communications and resolve logistics issues
Use CRM and TMS software systems for operational tasks
Meet daily performance targets and maintain documentation
