Able to deal with irritated and frustrated customers.
Fluent speaking, listening and understanding US accent skills.:
Ability to strongly negotiate/convince the clients and close the deal

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5 days working in a week (Mon
Fri), Fixed weekend off.
6 months to 5 years experienced.:
Fixed shift timings from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
