Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing all HR functions within the hotel, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, training & development, performance management, and employee engagement. The role ensures compliance with labor laws and brand standards while fostering a positive workplace culture that supports exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all hotel departments.
Coordinate interviews with department heads.
Conduct induction and onboarding for current employees.
Maintain manpower planning and staffing levels.
Employee Relations
Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.
Promote a healthy and positive work setting.
Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.




HR Operations
Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave, and shift records.
Prepare HR reports and monthly MIS.
Ensure timely confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separations.
Payroll & Compensation
Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
Verify attendance, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
Ensure timely salary disbursement.
Manage employee perks, bonuses, and final settlements.
Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.
Manage PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate labor inspections and maintain statutory registers.
Ensure compliance with Shops & Establishment Act, CLRA, and other applicable laws.
Learning & Development
Identify training needs across departments.
Conduct induction, orientation, POSH, safety, and brand training.
