Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements.
Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, construction details, and documentation.
Create 3D models and presentation drawings.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
Attend client meetings and present design proposals.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design compliance.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and execution teams.
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining Aureate's quality standards.
Research and introduce cutting-edge materials, products, and design solutions.

Required Skills:
Strong understanding of architectural planning and interior detailing.
Excellent space planning and design visualization skills.
Knowledge of construction methods and building materials.
Ability to prepare detailed working drawings.




Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent coordination and project management abilities.
Creative thinking with robust attention to detail.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Minimum 1 year of skilled experience in architecture or interior design.
Fresh graduates with exceptional portfolios may also be considered.
