Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop recent customers and business opportunities.
Generate leads through market visits, networking, references, and cold calling.
Conduct customer meetings and understand technical requirements.
Promote and sell company products and services to prospective customers.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Provide timely support and resolve customer concerns.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular customer visits and maintain visit reports.

Market Analysis Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Collect customer feedback and market intelligence.
Identify new market opportunities and potential industries.Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution.




Maintain sales records and customer databases.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
Participate in sales review meetings and training programs.

Required SkillsTechnical Skills
Basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering concepts.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Soft Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused approach.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Fresher to 1 year of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, or BusinessDevelopment.
Willingness to travel within Gujarat for customer visits.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong qualified ethics and commitment towards work.
Valid driving license will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
