Key Responsibilities1. Academic Excellence & Language Development
Teach English to students of Grades 3 and 4 in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
Develop robust foundational skills in reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, spelling, and spoken English.
Focus on improving students' comprehension, creative writing, communication, and language skills.
Encourage students to develop confidence and interest in the English language.
Provide additional support and individual attention to students who require improvement.
Lesson Planning & Delivery
Develop well-structured and engaging lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
Use age-appropriate and innovative teaching methodologies, including storytelling, activities, visual aids, role plays, and interactive learning.
Conduct regular revision and practice sessions to reinforce concepts.
Organize reading, speaking, writing, and other language-based classroom activities.
Conduct doubt-solving and remedial sessions whenever required.
Assessment & Performance Tracking




Design and conduct worksheets, class assessments, periodic tests, and examinations.
Evaluate students' reading, writing, grammar, comprehension, and overall language development.
Identify learning gaps and implement appropriate strategies for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and academic progress.
Provide constructive and actionable feedback to students and parents.
Student Development & Mentoring
Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive classroom workplace.
Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and effective communication.
