We're looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller who can connect with potential customers, handle incoming queries, follow up on leads, recover abandoned orders, and drive sales through outbound calling. You'll be the first voice our customers hear — and you'll play a direct role in growing the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling — Lead Conversion
Call leads generated from Meta ads, Google ads, and website inquiries
Explain the product clearly — what it is, how it works, and why they need it
Convert warm leads into paying customers by guiding them to complete their order on itsmything.in
Follow up with leads who showed interest but didn't purchase (Day 1, Day 3, Day 7 follow-up cycle)
Inbound Calls & WhatsApp Support
Answer incoming calls and WhatsApp messages from customers
Handle product queries, pricing questions, order status, and shipping updates
Resolve basic complaints and escalate complex issues to the team
Cart Recovery & Re-engagement
Call customers who abandoned their cart within 30 minutes to 48 hours
Use provided scripts to recover lost sales with gentle reminders and offers
Track recovery rate and report daily
Bulk & B2B Lead Calling
Call housing societies, corporate HR/admin teams, car/bike dealerships, and fleet companies for bulk order inquiries
Explain bulk pricing and co-branding options
Schedule demos or meetings for the sales team
Database & Reporting
Maintain a daily call log with lead status (Interested / Follow-up / Converted / Not Interested)
Update CRM or Google Sheet after every call
Submit daily call report to the team lead — total calls, conversions, follow-ups pending
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
Fluent in Hindi (spoken). English basics required.
Transparent and confident phone communication skills
Comfortable making 80-120 calls per day
Basic smartphone skills — WhatsApp, Google Sheets, calling apps
Honest, punctual, and willing to learn
