Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and communication-focused Admin & Lead Coordination Executive to support the Marketing and Business Development functions at ReCircle.

This role requires solid communication skills, attention to detail, follow-up capabilities, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Understand inquiries, requirements, partnership requests, and business leads, and coordinate them with the relevant internal teams
Maintain proper records and a centralized database of all incoming leads and inquiries




Regularly follow up internally and externally on pending leads until final closure/conversion
Ensure smooth communication, timely responses, and proper tracking so that no lead or inquiry is missed
Coordinate with multiple departments for lead updates, status tracking, and conversions
Lead Generation & Database Building
Generate potential business leads using platforms such as:
Linkedin Sales Navigator
Apollo.io
Research companies, decision-makers, sustainability heads, procurement teams, and potential
partners
Build and maintain an organized internal lead database
Achieve weekly lead generation targets assigned by the management
Identify recent business opportunities relevant to ReCircle's services

3 Event & On-Ground Support
Assist the team during exhibitions, collection drives, webinars, corporate events, activations, and
campaigns
Support in coordination, setup, registrations, logistics, and on-ground execution when r
