Facility Manager - Infrastructure (Key Responsibilities)
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all school infrastructure, buildings, and utilities.
Manage civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and preventive maintenance activities.
Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance staff, and external vendors.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and facility standards.
Coordinate infrastructure repairs, renovations, and capital improvement projects.
Monitor facility budgets, AMCs, asset management, and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
