Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CMDB including Discovery, Service Mapping, and data governance.
Implement and support IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes including hardware and software asset management.
Configure and enhance ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog.
Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
Build and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Approval Workflows.
Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize system performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Follow ServiceNow best practices and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills:
6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Solid expertise in:
ServiceNow CMDB
IT Asset Management (ITAM)
IT Service Management (ITSM)




Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
Solid scripting skills using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog.
Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
Good understanding of CMDB data model and CSDM.
Experience with ServiceNow platform administration and customization.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
