Job Summary

This role act as a bridge between junior team memberber and team lead, ensuring smooth operations

Key Responsibilities

1.Monitor batch schedules (CA-7/TWS/Control-M), job abends, spools (JES2/3), and SLA adherence.

2.Provide the expert level support for mainframe batch cycle processing

3.Analyze incidents and defects, perform code-level fixes in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS.

4.Troubleshoot and resolve the complex issues occurred in batch cycle

5.Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance

6.Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations

jcl: - Intermediate
cobol: -Advanced
db2: - Intermediate
cics: - Intermediate

communication skills: - Intermediate
incident management: -Intermediate

Other Requirements
Itil Foundation Certification Is Recommended But Not Mandatory.
Optional Certifications In Relevant Product Support Technologies Are Valuable For This Role.
