Job Summary:As a Junior Merchandiser, you will act as the vital bridge between our international buyers and internal production teams. You will manage end-to-end export order coordination, sample development, and client communications. This role requires an individual who is willing to travel internationally for global trade shows and possesses a robust artistic flair, exceptional communication skills, and a valid passport.Core Responsibilities
Buyer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for overseas buyers to handle order inquiries, status updates, and post-shipment queries.
International Trade Shows: Represent the company at international trade shows and overseas exhibitions as required.
Order Coordination: Manage the end-to-end execution of export orders, ensuring seamless tracking from placement to final shipment dispatch.
Artwork & Design Support: Utilize your design background to review, modify, and optimize buyer artworks, mockups, and product specifications.
Sampling Management:
Coordinate closely with the sampling department to ensure client specifications are met accurately and delivered on time.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Collaborate daily with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to prevent bottlenecks and ensure timely deliveries.
Problem Solving: Proactively handle operational challenges and unexpected situational changes to keep order timelines on track.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Degree or Diploma from NIFD (or equivalent fashion/design institute).
Experience: Relevant experience in the garment, apparel, or export merchandise segments.
Travel Readiness: Possession of a valid passport and complete willingness to travel abroad for business.
Software Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in Adobe Photoshop,, and contemporary AI design tools.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for handling international clientele.
