Experience: Minimum 2 and upto 5 years prior experience

Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 2 years of prior experience in corporate law, commercial transactions, M&A;, PE/VC transactions, due diligence or contract drafting.
Positive understanding of Companies Act, contract law, FEMA basics and commercial documentation.
Ability to independently review documents and prepare first drafts.
Solid attention to detail and ability to manage timelines.
Positive written and spoken communication skills.
Comfortable working from Ahmedabad while reporting to the Mumbai corporate team.
