Key Responsibilities:
Call prospective students and explain courses
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions
Handle student queries professionally
Maintain lead records and CRM updates
Coordinate with the admissions team
Key Requirements:
Experience in telecalling or inside sales preferred
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Target-oriented with valuable follow-up abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage
