We are looking for a warm, polished, and highly organized Restaurant Receptionist to be the first and last impression at Carnivale, our theme-based restaurant in Noida/NCR. You will manage the front desk, handle reservations, greet guests, coordinate seating, and manage phone inquiries — all while embodying the festive, welcoming energy that defines our brand. If you have a smile that lights up a room and the organizational skills to manage a busy restaurant floor, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities Guest Reception & Greeting
Welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm as they enter Carnivale
Manage the waiting area — offer refreshments, communicate wait times, and keep guests comfortable
Escort guests to their tables and ensure a smooth handoff to the service team

Reservation & Table Management
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in requests for reservations
Manage the reservation book / POS system — accurately log bookings, special requests, and guest notes
Coordinate with the Captain and floor team on table turns, VIP arrivals,



and special seating preferences
Handle cancellations, no-shows, and waitlist management efficiently

Phone & Communication
Answer incoming calls promptly with a skilled and friendly greeting
Provide accurate information about menu, pricing, catering packages, events, and timings
Route calls to the appropriate department (kitchen, management, events team) when needed

Guest Relations
Maintain a log of regular guests, VIPs, and special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.)
Assist with coat check, umbrella storage, and guest inquiries about the restaurant theme and facilities
Manage lost & found items — log, store, and follow up with guests

Administrative Support
Maintain the front desk area — keep it clean, organized, and stocked with menus and promotional materials
Assist with daily sales reports and guest count data
