Key ResponsibilitiesFashion Design
Design trendy T-shirts, hoodies, oversized apparel, and streetwear collections.
Create original graphics, prints, embroidery, and fashion concepts.
Develop seasonal collections based on market and fashion trends.
Research global fashion, streetwear, youth culture, and consumer trends.
Work on fabric selection, colours, silhouettes, trims, and product detailing.
Prepare tech packs, measurement sheets, and print-ready production files.
Coordinate with production teams and vendors to ensure timely product development.
Use AI design tools (such as Midjourney, DALL-E, ChatGPT, etc.) along with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to enhance creativity and improve workflow.
Continuously bring fresh and cutting-edge ideas for new product launches.

Merchandising & E-commerce
Support product planning, assortment development, and merchandising activities.
Manage product listings across e-commerce marketplaces.
Create product titles, descriptions,



specifications, and catalogue content.
Coordinate inventory updates and online assortment planning.
Monitor product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback.
Work closely with the marketing team on product launches, campaigns, and promotions.
Coordinate product photoshoots and ensure brand-consistent presentation.
Assist in marketplace operations and day-to-day merchandising activities.
Handle additional business and operational responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
Solid proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Knowledge of AI-powered design tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, ChatGPT, or similar).
Understanding of garment construction, fabrics, printing techniques, and apparel production.
Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
