Sales & Business Development Executive

We are looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team in Mohali. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving growth, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate recent leads and follow up on sales inquiries
Build and maintain solid relationships with architects, builders, and customers
Conduct regular sales calls and client meetings
Maintain and update the client database
Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
Own conveyance with a valid driving license (mandatory)
Willingness to join immediately or within a short notice period
