Job Purpose:
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Evaluate answer scripts for UPSC Mains as per the prescribed marking scheme.
Review answers for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and adherence to question demands.Specific Knowledge & Skills:
In-depth knowledge of the IAS examination pattern, syllabus, and marking criteria.
Previous experience as an examiner or evaluator for IAS exams is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
